Job Description

Responsibilities:
Review complex tax returns and lead tax planning . Manage tax research , IRS/state notices, and examinations. Work with business owners and firm leadership . Mentor and supervise team members.
Qualifications:
CPA or EA with significant experience. Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting or related field. 7+ years of public accounting experience. Strong tax technical knowledge , multi-state taxation , and complex return review experience. Excellent leadership, communication, and client service skills. Experience with tax software and interest in AI-enabled technology .
