$150,000-$195,000 About the Role We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage complex tax engagements, provide strategic tax planning and advisory services, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns, including individual, high-net-worth, C-Corporation, S-Corporation, partnership, trust, and estate returnsManage multiple tax engagements simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines and client expectationsProvide comprehensive tax planning, research, and advisory services tailored to client needsIdentify tax-saving opportunities and develop customized strategies for individual and business clientsEnsure all tax returns are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable tax laws and regulationsAssist clients with tax audits, notices, and inquiries from federal, state, and local tax authoritiesDevelop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted tax advisorCollaborate with accounting and advisory team members to deliver comprehensive solutionsStay current on changes to federal, state, and local tax laws and regulationsMentor and provide guidance to junior and staff-level tax professionalsRequired Qualifications7+ years of public accounting or relevant tax experienceCPA certification requiredStrong experience preparing and reviewing a variety of individual and business tax returnsIn-depth knowledge of partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates, and high-net-worth individual taxationSolid understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulationsExcellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively with a teamWhat We OfferDiscretionary bonus opportunityMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchLife and disability insurancePaid time off, sick time, and paid holidaysCollaborative and supportive work environmentCareer growth and advancement opportunities
