Position Summary We're seeking an experienced tax professional who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Tax Senior ready to step into a management role or an experienced Tax Manager looking to make a greater impact at a growing firm. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing client relationships, identifying opportunities to add value, and taking initiative to see projects through. Depending on the engagement, this role will involve both the preparation and review of tax returns, along with tax planning, research, and mentoring junior staff. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients. Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, estates, and nonprofit organizations. Provide proactive tax planning and consulting throughout the year. Take ownership of client engagements from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and clients receive exceptional service. Research complex tax issues and communicate practical solutions. Mentor and develop junior team members while fostering a collaborative environment. Look beyond compliance to identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and contribute to the firm's continued growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. CPA license preferred or actively pursuing certification. 4-7+ years of public accounting tax experience. Experience preparing and reviewing a variety of tax returns. Strong technical tax knowledge and research skills. Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills. A desire to grow into a leadership position and mentor others.
