Managers are responsible for coordinating multiple engagements, reviewing work, communicating with clients, training team members, and delivering high-quality tax services. This role primarily serves agricultural clients, including farming operations, ranches, agribusinesses, family-owned agricultural entities, and related businesses. The Manager should understand agricultural operations and be able to advise clients on tax matters unique to the industry, including farm income averaging, depreciation strategies, equipment purchases, land transactions, entity structures, succession planning, government program payments, and multi-entity operations. Managers may also have direct clients assigned to them as the Relationship Manager (RM) and serve as a key point of contact for clients on day-to-day tax and accounting matters.
