Job Description
Description Our client—a growing Tech company operating across U.S. and international markets—is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Tax to join their team. The Senior Manager will take a broad leadership role across global tax compliance, tax accounting, and technical accounting. This position will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Operations, external advisors, and auditors to ensure accurate reporting, effective controls, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quarterly and annual income tax accounting, including ASC 740 provisions, deferred tax calculations, and related financial statement disclosures.
- Oversee U.S. federal, state, local, and international tax compliance, including nexus and apportionment analyses, indirect taxes, tax authority inquiries, and required information filings.
- Advise business partners on the tax impact of strategic initiatives, including remote hiring, employee relocations, international expansion, permanent establishment considerations, and other cross-border activities.
- Manage transfer pricing and intercompany matters, including policy development, arm's-length analyses, documentation, agreements, benchmarking, and audit support.
- Partner with external tax professionals and auditors while developing a roadmap to transition tax return preparation and other activities in-house.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Active CPA required.
- 5+ years of progressive tax experience in private and public accounting
- Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state income tax, with experience or exposure to international tax matters.
- Hands-on experience with transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, ASC 740, and tax-related financial statement reporting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
