The current owner is looking for a highly capable tax professional who can gradually assume greater responsibility for complex client relationships, technical decision-making, and leadership of the practice. The long-term goal is to identify someone who has both the ability and desire to become an equity partner/owner as part of the firm's succession plan. Why Consider This Opportunity? Short equity partnership/ownership track Established client relationships and existing book of business Direct involvement in the firm's succession plan Highly consultative and advisory-focused role Significant autonomy and decision-making authority Opportunity to work directly with sophisticated business owners and individuals Ability to influence the future direction of the practice Long-term career opportunity beyond the typical Senior Manager role If you're an experienced tax professional who enjoys solving complex problems, advising business owners, and wants the opportunity to build equity rather than simply hold another management title , this could be an excellent next step.
