Job Description
HHL Advisors Group is a fast-growing boutique CPA firm dedicated to providing comprehensive accounting, tax, and financial advisory services to small businesses and entrepreneurs. Our firm prides itself on delivering high-quality, client-focused service while fostering a professional and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities Preparation & Quality Control:
Prepare and perform the initial review of federal and state tax returns for various business entities and individuals.Workflow Management:
Assist management with daily workload planning, deadline tracking, and resource allocation to ensure all filings are timely and accurate.Staff Supervision:
Supervise junior tax associates, providing day-to-day guidance, answering technical questions, and fostering a productive team environment.Process Improvement:
Contribute to the firm's operational growth by improving internal workflows, documentation, and training materials.Client Support:
Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, assisting with data collection, notice responses, and general tax inquiries.Qualifications Experience:
4-5+ years of solid tax experience in a public accounting or professional services environment.Language:
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (Written & Verbal).Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.Skills:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record of mentoring junior staff.Preferred:
