3 days in the office, 2 days work from home We're looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Manager, International Taxto join our global tax team at a fast-growing, highly acquisitive multinational corporation. This is a high-visibility role where you'll shape international tax strategies, partner with senior leadership, and make an impact on complex global operations. Responsibilities:
Lead global tax reporting: Review and assist in preparing quarterly and annual ASC 740 financial reporting for international entities, including effective tax rate, current/deferred analysis, and valuation allowance assessments.
Drive compliance excellence:
Oversee U.S. corporate compliance for international tax concepts (GILTI, FDII, BEAT) and related filings (Forms 1118, 5471, 8858, etc.).
Guide transfer pricing:
Prepare and review Country-by-Country reporting, Local Country and Master File documentation, and other transfer pricing requirements.
Shape tax strategy:
Monitor and analyze new and proposed tax legislation to assess impacts and opportunities for the business.
Partner on global initiatives:
Research and document tax implications of cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, restructurings, and dispositions.
Support audits:
Assist in managing federal and international income tax audits.
Collaborate across functions:
Build strong relationships with accounting, legal, treasury, and business unit leaders to deliver strategic solutions.
Innovate processes:
Identify and implement improvements in technology, automation, and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications:
8-12 years of international tax experience, ideally from a Big 4 firm and/or large multinational public corporation. CPA or MS in Accounting/Tax strongly preferred. Proven experience with U.S. international tax forms, ASC 740, and FIN 48. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex tax issues into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both tax and non-tax stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to independently manage compliance, reporting, and special projects. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with OneSource or similar tax software is a plus.
