We are seeking an experienced Tax Senior Manager to lead tax engagements, mentor staff and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. Position Summary The Tax Senior Manager will oversee complex tax engagements, manage client relationships, and provide leadership. This role is ideal for a seasoned tax professional who enjoys hands-on work, values work-life balance and wants to play a meaningful role in a growing firm. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, and estates
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive tax planning and advisory services
  • Research and resolve complex tax issues; prepare and review technical memoranda as needed
  • Oversee tax compliance workflow, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and firm procedures are met
  • Mentor, train, and evaluate staff and senior accountants
  • Assist with firm management initiatives, process improvements, and client development efforts
  • Facilitate financial statement and compilation engagements for selected business clients. Qualifications
  • CPA license required
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 8+ years of public accounting tax experience, with at least 2 years in a manager or senior manager role
  • Strong technical knowledge of individual and business taxation
  • Experience working with closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities independently
  • Experience working with QuickBooks is a plus What We Offer
