Manage and review complex federal and state corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax returns.
Provide sophisticated, proactive tax planning and strategic structuring advice to a broad range of for-profit and non-profit industries.
Maintain and deepen highly responsive, consultative relationships with business owners and high-net-worth clients.
Mentor, train, and guide staff auditors and tax associates, fostering a supportive learning environment.
Serve as a trusted advisor, resolving technical accounting and obscure tax topics clearly and efficiently. Role Requirements
Active CPA License is an absolute must.
Significant experience in public accounting, specifically managing complex tax compliance, research, and planning.
Proven background reviewing corporate, estate/trust, and multi-state returns.
Exceptional communication skills with a history of being highly responsive and reliable to client needs.
