This is an outstanding opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys building client relationships, mentoring staff, and making a meaningful impact within a collaborative and growth-oriented firm. As a Tax Manager, you will work closely with Partners, oversee a diverse client portfolio, lead engagement teams, and help shape the future of our tax practice. What You'll Do Manage tax engagements from planning through final delivery. Review complex individual, business, trust, and nonprofit tax returns. Provide proactive tax planning and consulting to clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client relationships. Mentor, coach, and develop tax staff and seniors. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budget expectations. Research complex tax issues and provide practical solutions. Identify opportunities to improve client service and internal processes. Support business development and contribute to the continued growth of the firm. What We're Looking For Active CPA license required. 8+ years of recent public accounting tax experience. Previous experience supervising and mentoring staff. Strong technical knowledge of federal and California tax laws. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
