Now, this small sized CPA firm is looking for a Tax Manager as they continue to grow. They're currently turning work away and have plans to add 2 people to the team. The culture is simple. Get your work done, support the team and you'll be given that same flexibility in return. Busy season tops out at around 50 hours, and there's plenty of flexibility outside of that. And you won't be spending your days buried in data entry. With an offshore team handling much of the preparation work, you'll focus on reviewing returns, advising clients and managing engagements from start to finish. You'll work across S Corps, Partnerships, 1040s, HNW individuals and closely held businesses, with some International Tax exposure.
