full-time We are working with a growing Accounting Firm, looking to bring on an experienced Tax Manager, to join a growing team. Specifically, they are looking for someone with 6+ years of tax experience, with experience in real estate development and construction, financial services, non-profits, etc.

Requirements:

6+ years of public accounting experience Previous experience in real estate development, construction, financial services, high net worth individuals and non-profits Experience working in a hybrid work environment CPA is desirable

Responsibilities:

Lead client audit, tax, and/or advisory engagements. Act as a team leader providing responsibility and oversight for project outcomes; set up and engage with teams and provide hands on direction Plan and execute audit, review, or tax engagements, including managing deadlines and budgets Supervise staff while ensuring technical compliance and timely service of delivery. Act as an influential component of the team, making time to train and coach members, communicate feedback to senior and staff accountants Provide clear communication in setting expectations, identifying risk and managing project budgets The annual salary for this position is between 175k-225k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
