The practice has around 15 - 20 people, long standing clients and a reputation that's been built over decades. It's independent, relationship driven and the Partners want to keep it that way. They're not looking to sell the firm, they want to hire the next generation to take it forward. You'll manage your own client portfolio, review complex tax work, advise business owners and High Net Worth clients, mentor junior staff and work closely with the Partners as they gradually give you more responsibility.
