• Flower Mound is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to help lead and grow our flagship office in Flower Mound, Texas.

The Opportunity This is a leadership role for a tax professional who wants to do more than manage returns. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, lead tax review and planning initiatives, help grow the office through strong community relationships, and contribute to the long-term success of the firm. For a candidate with the right leadership, business development, and client service skills, we offer a defined three-year path to partnership. Key Responsibilities

• Lead tax review, planning, and advisory services for individuals, small business owners, and pass through entities.
• Translate tax strategies into clear, practical recommendations that create measurable value for clients.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through responsive service and high-quality communication.
• Support business development efforts through networking, referral relationships, and community involvement.
• Collaborate with internal team members and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery.
• Review work prepared by team members and offshore support resources while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Help shape office growth, client experience, and operational excellence as the Flower Mound practice expands. Technology & Support We invest in modern systems and scalable processes so our professionals can focus on higher-value client work. Our current tools and support resources include:

• Base salary of $125,000, plus strong incentive opportunities tied to advisory growth
