  • 145,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, technical expertise, and leadership experience, plus bonus based on individual and firm performance.

Competitive Compensation:
$115,000
  • 145,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus.
ResponsibilitiesDepartment Leadership Lead the Tax Department and contribute to overall firm leadership. Manage department workflow, staffing, deadlines, and priorities. Develop and mentor tax professionals and help build future leaders. Establish and maintain quality-control standards and processes. Monitor department performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Technical Tax Leadership Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns. Provide technical guidance and support to staff on complex tax matters. Conduct tax research and stay current with changes in tax law and regulations. Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality tax deliverables. Client Advisory & Practice Growth Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients. Serve as a trusted tax advisor and identify opportunities to provide additional value. Advise clients on tax planning and business decisions. Participate in business development and strategic growth initiatives. Help strengthen and expand the firm's tax practice. Qualifications Active CPA or EA license in good standing required. Significant experience preparing and reviewing complex tax returns. Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing tax professionals. Strong technical tax research and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong client service and relationship-management skills. Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
