Job Description
Tax Manager | Boca Raton | Up to $150,000 Big firm resources with a small office feel. That's probably the easiest way to describe this one. You'd be joining a Top 50 accounting firm, but the Boca Raton office itself has around 15 people, so you still get the close team, accessible Partners and proper client relationships that can get lost in a much bigger office. And the culture is a big reason people stay. There's flexibility, an open PTO approach, strong benefits and a genuine effort to make sure people have a life outside of work. Busy season peaks at around 55 to 60 hours, and once you're established, the role can move to three days in office and two from home. The tax work is broad too. You'll work with HNW individuals, private clients, Partnerships and businesses across real estate, construction, manufacturing and more. Think 1040s, corporate, Partnership, Trust and Estate work, with plenty of review, client contact and more complex tax issues. They'd love an experienced Tax Manager, but they're also open to a strong Senior who's ready to step up. Salary is up to $150,000 at Manager level. Benefits include competitive salaries, flexible work schedules, group health insurance, group life insurance, dental and vision insurance, short term and long term disability insurance, 401k and profit sharing plan, cafeteria plan, paid vacation, recruiting referral bonus program, practice development recognition program, new client incentive bonus program, tuition reimbursement, CPA exam bonus and pet insurance. You'll need 4+ years of recent Public Accounting experience with strong tax exposure across corporate, Partnership, individual, Trust and Estate work and having your CPA would be a big plus. If you want the backing of a national firm without feeling like you work in one, this could be a very good move. If you're interested in this role, click apply and I'll be in touch.
