Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services, with a focus on real estate and high-net-worth clients.
Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Support clients during IRS and state tax audits and examinations.
Develop and implement tax strategies that optimize client outcomes.
Stay current on tax law changes and proactively advise clients on their impact.
Collaborate across departments to deliver integrated business and tax solutions.

CPA license required (EA or advanced tax certification is a plus).
5+ years of experience in public accounting or tax management.
Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations, especially in real estate and high-net-worth sectors.
Experience with tax software such as CCH Axcess and QuickBooks.
Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
Proven ability to manage tax planning for C-Corps, S-Corps, partnerships, and non-profits. Why Join Us?
Work-Life Balance:
Reasonable hours, flexible schedules, and remote work options.
