//hrmanual.calhr.ca.gov/Home/ManualItem/1/2113 Under the general direction of an Office Services Manager I (OSM I), the Tax Program Supervisor (TPS) plans, organizes and directs, the work of the Key Data Operators (KDO) within the Information Capture and Banking Section (ICBS). The TPS reviews and approves work, makes/assists with decisions on operational and personnel issues, and evaluates and recommends changes in policies and operational procedures within ICBS. The TPS also provides input into the selection of personnel, training, and evaluation of staff's performance. The TPS will provide detailed feedback, and coaching on performance concerns to his/her staff, and will be required to document these concerns. As a member of the ICBS Leadership Team, the TPS will continually seek to improve workload processing, and meet section goals. Additional positions may become available (RPA 2526-02127).
