Tax Senior Manager/Director - Venice, FL The Innovative CPA Group is looking for a Tax Senior Manager/Director to join our team in our Venice, FL location. The Innovative CPA Group is an employee-centric firm comprised of experienced tax and accounting professionals. We have successfully built a culture of empowerment, accountability, and wide-ranging expertise. We leverage the latest technology to streamline our workflow, thereby improving the service to our clients.
Essential Responsibilities:
Manage and review complex individual and business tax returns Perform and review tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals Perform tax and accounting research with the aid of research tools and communicate with partners and/or clients Manage and build strong business client relationships, including running engagements Manage a team of Tax professionals
What You'll Bring:
7+ years of experience in a public accounting firm Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or relevant field required CPA license is a plus Experience with CCH programs is a plus Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office programs, etc. Professional and effective oral and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well within a team environment Experience in training, developing, mentoring, and overseeing/managing staff Integrity, accountability, and confidentiality Excellent analytical, organizational skills, and attention to detail Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative spirit
