This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional who wants to take on greater ownership, work directly with clients, and begin developing junior team members. You will gain exposure to a diverse client base and a broad mix of corporate, partnership, individual, trust, and multistate tax work. What You'll Do Prepare and review corporate, partnership, individual, trust, and multistate income tax returns Manage tax engagements from information gathering through final delivery Identify, research, and document federal and state tax issues Work directly with clients on tax planning, compliance, and year-round questions Prepare tax accrual workpapers and supporting documentation Recommend strategies that help clients maintain compliance and manage their tax obligations Review work completed by associates and provide constructive feedback Delegate assignments and help manage engagement deadlines Train and mentor junior members of the tax team Stay current on changes in federal, state, and local tax law What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field At least three years of public accounting tax experience Experience preparing and reviewing business and individual tax returns Knowledge of corporate, partnership, pass-through, trust, or multistate taxation Previous experience reviewing work or mentoring junior professionals CPA license, completed CPA exams, or active progress toward the CPA preferred Strong communication, research, and analytical skills Experience with CCH, RIA, BNA, or similar tax software is beneficial Why Consider This Opportunity?
