Tax Supervisor - High-Net-Worth / Family Wealth Northern Virginia | $126,000 | Direct Hire Finders, LLC is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Tax Supervisor to join a highly respected CPA firm in Northern Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys working with high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses and wants a role combining technical tax work, client relationships, tax planning, and team leadership. What You'll Do Manage multiple tax engagements from planning through completion Prepare and review complex individual, fiduciary, estate, and gift tax returns Provide tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth clients and family groups Research and address complex federal and state tax matters Develop and maintain trusted client relationships Mentor, coach, and review the work of professional staff Identify tax planning opportunities and communicate recommendations to clients Contribute to practice development and relationship-building initiatives What We're Looking For 5+ years of public accounting or professional tax experience Strong recent experience working with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates Experience with Forms 1040, 1041, 706, and 709 Active CPA or EA designation Strong technical tax knowledge and client-service skills CCH Axcess experience is a plus Estate and trust administration experience is beneficial Compensation & Benefits $126,000 annually Health, dental and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off and paid holidays Flexible work schedules Some ability to work remotely Complimentary parking Professional development and career advancement opportunities Collaborative and supportive team environment Why Consider This Opportunity?
