Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a seasoned, client-focused professional with 10+ years of public accounting experience who is ready to take on a high-impact position in a firm that values technical excellence, entrepreneurial thinking, and strong client relationships.
R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
Supervise tax engagements in accordance with firm and professional standards Plan and schedule tax engagements with clients and internal resources Build and maintain direct client relationships Perform detailed reviews of tax returns and workpapers Conduct tax research projects Communicate with clients and team members on project status, opportunities, and issues Provide training, direction, and oversight to team members Maintain technical expertise across relevant tax areas and industry specializations Build new client relationships and manage existing book of business, including budgets and production goals Support consulting and special projects as requested by management and clients
Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S BSBA
in Accounting CPA certification required 10+ years of experience in public accounting Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Experience with QuickBooks, ProSystem fx
Tax, Microsoft Word and Excel Pay:
$105,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
