Due to growth, we are seeking an International Tax Manager to join our firm on a flexible hybrid basis.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by demonstrating deep technical expertise and awareness of evolving international and domestic tax regulations, industry trends, and business risks; proactively identify issues, assess exposure, and communicate practical solutions to clients and internal teams. Lead and manage engagement teams through all phases of the engagement, including planning, execution, and delivery; oversee preparation of tax returns and workpapers, perform technical and strategic reviews, and serve as a key member of the final engagement review team to ensure quality, accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to budget. Review and sign off on complex U.S. federal, international, and multi-state tax returns for C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals. Provide technical leadership on international tax compliance and reporting, including FBAR filings and Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 1120-F, and GILTI calculations and reporting. Collaborate closely with Partners on international and domestic tax planning strategies, structuring, and transaction-based consulting to support client objectives and mitigate tax risk. Research complex and emerging tax issues, synthesize technical guidance, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and engagement teams. Mentor, coach, and develop staff by providing ongoing feedback, technical guidance, and performance evaluations; support senior leadership in training initiatives and talent development. Actively participate in practice development and business development initiatives, including identifying opportunities for cross-service offerings, supporting proposals, and strengthening long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field Master's degree in Taxation or related field preferred 6+ years of technical tax experience in public accounting, or related field, 3 in managerial role CPA, Enrolled Agent (EA), or equivalent certification is required Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability, strong operational and project management skills Proficient use of applicable technology This is a full-time position with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours, including some evenings and weekends, will be required during peak busy seasons.
Pay Range:
The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range do not include benefits and bonus potential, and are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. $120,000.00 - $145,000.00
