Due to growth, we are seeking a Manager for our Strategic Business Solutions Group to be based in our Andover, Boston, or Providence office on a flexible hybrid basis.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a day-to-day client contact for assigned engagements, building relationships and supporting overall client satisfaction Oversee compilation and review engagements across a variety of industries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery Coordinate engagement schedules and track progress against budgets and deadlines, escalating issues as needed Support clients with business and individual tax planning needs, including preparation and review of tax returns, projections, and related advisory deliverables Prepare and review client billings; support discussions around fees and engagement scope with clients and Partners Supervise, delegate, and review work performed by associates and seniors to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met Coach and mentor staff, providing ongoing feedback and supporting development Collaborate with Partners, Senior Managers, and cross-functional teams to support client service delivery Contribute to special projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field preferred 5-7+ years of relevant experience in public accounting or a related field, including supervisory experience CPA or equivalent professional certification required Experience managing multiple engagements and supporting client relationships Proficiency in CCH Axcess Tax and Engagement, Microsoft Excel and Word, and QuickBooks Experience with BNA Tax and/or ProSystem fx Fixed Assets preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, delegate work, and manage projects in a deadline-driven environment This is a full-time position with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours, including some evenings and weekends, will be required during peak busy seasons.
Pay Range:
The salary range for this position is included below.
