We are seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in a hybrid capacity from our Nashville office. Responsibilities:

Manage and review complex tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, and corporations Lead and mentor tax staff; support their growth and development Develop and maintain strong client relationships Identify planning opportunities and provide strategic tax advice Stay current with tax law changes and communicate impacts to clients and the team Collaborate with firm leadership on client service, internal process improvements, and business development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required Active CPA license required Minimum 3 years of recent public accounting experience Prior management or supervisory experience preferred Strong technical tax skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and client service skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a hybrid environment
