Our client is a growing public accounting firm serving high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, real estate investors, partnerships, trusts, estates, and nonprofit organizations. We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their team and play a key role in delivering high-level tax planning, compliance, and advisory services. This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong tax professional who enjoys client interaction, complex tax planning, and leading and developing teams. What You'll Do Client Advisory & Tax Strategy Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, real estate investors, partnerships, trusts, estates, and nonprofit clients Lead proactive tax planning, structuring, and consulting Identify tax-saving strategies and planning opportunities Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Tax Compliance & Review Review and manage complex federal and state tax returns, including: High-net-worth individuals Partnerships and flow-through entities Trusts and estates Nonprofit organizations Ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and quality across engagements Technical Leadership Apply advanced knowledge of partnership taxation, real estate structures, and flow-through entities Research complex tax issues and translate findings into clear, practical guidance for clients Serve as a technical resource for both clients and internal team members Team Leadership & Development Manage, mentor, and develop senior and junior staff Review work and provide meaningful feedback Help maintain high standards of quality and client service across the team Engagement & Project Management Oversee multiple client engagements simultaneously Manage deadlines, workflow, deliverables, and client expectations Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure engagements stay on track What We're Looking For CPA required 6+ years of public accounting tax experience , including experience at the Manager level or as a strong Senior ready to take the next step Strong experience with: High-net-worth individuals Partnerships and flow-through entities Real estate taxation Trusts and estates Nonprofit taxation is a plus Strong technical tax planning and compliance background Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead teams Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Why Consider This Opportunity?
