Responsibilities:
Tax Compliance & Management:
Oversee the review of complex corporate tax returns, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage engagement budgets, staffing, and billing. ASC 740Oversight:
Proactively apply accounting standards for income taxes (ASC 740), including the evaluation of uncertain tax positions and coordination with audit teams.Consulting & Strategy:
Identify and implement tax-saving strategies, provide written tax advice, and serve as a technical resource for specialized tax areas.Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and act as a career advisor for Associates and Seniors; provide performance feedback and manage daily workloads.Business Development:
Participate in networking and marketing efforts to grow the firm's presence within your area of expertise.Working hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00PM Skills:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's in Taxation or Accountancy preferred).Experience:
5+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or professional services, including prior supervisory experience.Licensure:
Active CPA license, EA designation, or JD/LLM.Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of ASC 740 and corporate tax law; proficiency in tax research databases and Microsoft Office.
