• Full-time We are seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a minimum of 2-5 years of tax experience who is looking for an exciting opportunity to potentially become a partner in our firm.

As a Tax Manager you will primarily be responsible for building and managing a client base and coordinating client projects to completion. This is a unique chance for a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team and play a key role in our firm's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to individual and business clients.
• Review and prepare complex tax returns and financial statements.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Mentor and lead junior staff, fostering their professional development.
• Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firm's client base.
• Collaborate with other partners and team members to drive the strategic direction of the firm.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in tax preparation, planning, and advisory services.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated business development skills and a network of potential clients is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take on a leadership role in a growing firm.
