Speaking Spanish is ideal because you'll be handling a many clients and documents in this language. Responsibilities Assist with the tax filing process Organize documentation for audits and financial reporting Prepare and process payroll with accurately Reconcile bank documents and financial accounts Support audits preparing the necessary documents for each case Qualifications & Skills Degree or experience in accounting, and Taxes, Finance or a related field Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to organize, plan and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Eagerness to learn related to accounting Knowledge navigating through a computer Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite Spanish communication skills preferred
