Training Starts Soon!!! Responsibilities Prepare individual, partnership, corporate, and other tax returns using advanced tax preparation software. Analyze financial documents and gather necessary data to ensure accurate tax reporting. Stay updated on current tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to provide reliable advice. Communicate effectively with clients to gather information, explain tax strategies, and answer questions. Assist clients with tax planning strategies to optimize their financial outcomes. Maintain organized records of all tax documents, reports, and correspondence for audit readiness. Support client acquisition efforts through marketing initiatives and providing excellent customer service. Skills Strong understanding of tax law, compliance standards, and reporting procedures across various tax types. Proficiency in tax preparation software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms. Solid accounting background with experience in bookkeeping, corporate accounting, and financial analysis. Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to analyze complex financial data and apply technical accounting principles accurately. Familiarity with public accounting practices and experience handling partnership or corporate taxes is preferred. Strong math skills along with attention to detail; proficiency in 10-key typing for efficient data entry.
