Typical responsibilities include:
Preparing and reviewing individual, partnership, corporate, trust, and S-Corporation tax returnsResearching federal, state, and local tax regulationsIdentifying tax savings opportunities and planning strategiesGathering, reviewing, and analyzing client financial informationManaging multiple client engagements and tax deadlinesResponding to client questions and providing tax guidanceAssisting with tax projections and planning throughout the yearReviewing financial statements and supporting documentationSupporting clients during audits and responding to tax noticesStaying current on ever-changing tax laws and compliance requirementsCollaborating with CPAs, accountants, and firm leadership
