The Tax Team Assistant will contribute to our success by providing excellent service and consistent coverage of the tax paperwork process. This is a Temporary, Part Time beginning January 18, 2027 to April 21, 2026. Seeking to fill 40 hours of work with two or three interns. A successful candidate will be able to: provide a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail easily multi-task and accurately pick up where you left off provide accurate document management of digital and paper tax files within the company network and client files navigate accurately between multiple software programs and multiple email boxes: Outlook, SafeSend, Teams, MFA, UltraTax, Go File Room, Excel Spreadsheets, Quickbooks Time complete special projects: spreadsheets, mail giving statements able to work independently and part of a team maintain a calm and composed demeanor among interruptions from clients and staff, phone calls, walk-ins and scheduled client meetings Education and/or Experience Currently enrolled in a college or university for tax or accounting Extremely strong technical skills - computer software, hardware, and general office equipment
