Job Description

We're a local tax preparation firm in Northeast Philadelphia looking for analytically minded people to help manage our growing practice. Our firm is particularly busy during the tax season but we are also able to provide steady employment throughout the year as we service the needs of our corporate clients. On our team, a staff accountants will enjoy a broad range of work and will gain experience in a variety of accounting fields.
Responsibilities include:

Preparation of basic individual, partnership and corporate returns for clients in various industries Should have ability to work with quickbooks as it may be necessary to provide monthly P&L Statements to some corporate clients. Basic tax research skills Identify task issues as well as task progress in a timely and organized manner Communicate with Manager on work status and client issues that arise Manage the submission of quarterly payroll taxes for corporate clients
Qualifications:
4-7 years of accounting experience Proficient in Quickbooks Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, but also work well with others About Keystone Keystone Accounting & Tax Services was established in 1995 to provide efficient, expert solutions to businesses and individuals. Our primary services include accounting, taxation, and business consulting. We also offer a host of specialty services to cater to the unique needs of our clients which includes payroll, quarterly sales tax submission and bookkeeping.
Working Days:
Monday - Friday (Weekends as needed during Tax Season) Flexible Hours permitted during off season months.
