750824WD Up to 60% Senior Manager Apply now Save Description The Opportunity As a Digital Assets Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in integrating and architecting enterprise solutions within our Advisory practice. You will be at the forefront of driving blockchain readiness and functional technologies, working closely with clients to deliver innovative solutions that align with their strategic goals. Your role will involve leveraging your skills in business architecture and process modeling to create seamless workflows and enhance operational efficiency. As a Senior Manager, you will guide large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, providing valuable insights and driving project success. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams will contribute significantly to the success of our firm. You will apply sound judgment and strategic questioning to navigate complex challenges and deliver quality outcomes. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence and shape the future of digital assets, utilizing agile methodologies and embracing change to stay ahead in the fast-evolving landscape. Your commitment to excellence and professional courage will be key in building trust and fostering long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities
  • Leading enterprise architecture initiatives to support blockchain readiness and integration
  • Guiding teams in the development and implementation of blockchain business solutions
  • Utilizing agile methodology to enhance project integration and operational excellence
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to drive business continuity and process standardization
  • Developing decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts using Solidity and Rust programming languages
  • Promoting the adoption of consortium and permissioned blockchains within the payments industry
  • Validating blockchain systems for regulatory compliance and security standards
  • Coordinating rapid experimentation and strategic questioning to innovate blockchain indexing and tokenization solutions
  • Overseeing technology integration and enterprise application integration to optimize business process workflows
  • Coaching teams to embrace change and cultivate intellectual curiosity in blockchain development and Web3 initiatives What You Must Have
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 7 years of experience What Sets You Apart
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain
  • Demonstrating advanced skills in blockchain development and smart contract creation
  • Utilizing Agile methodology to drive project success and adaptability
  • Leading enterprise architecture initiatives with a focus on integration and innovation
  • Navigating complex blockchain regulatory and compliance landscapes effectively
  • Developing decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain business solutions
  • Excelling in strategic questioning and analytical thinking to solve complex problems The salary range for this position is: $124,000
  • $280,000.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
