Full Job Description Pay:

Commission-based, tiered structure: 35% of return fees (1-20 returns) scaling up to 50% (61+ returns). Paid biweekly. Average earnings range from $30-$60/hour equivalent depending on volume and return complexity.

Requirements:

PTIN required (or willingness to obtain before season start) Comfortable using tax software (TaxSlayer Pro experience a plus) Reliable computer/internet access Availability for training sessions and tax season hours Strong attention to detail and client service skills

Hybrid — based out of our Houston office with remote flexibility for experienced preparers

$30.00 - $50.00 per hour
