Tax Preparation:
Preparing and reviewing income tax returns for individuals and businesses
Client Communication:
Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy in tax filings
Tax Planning:
Identifying tax-saving opportunities and advising clients on tax strategies
Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Collaboration:
Working with other departments to address client needs and provide comprehensive services
Problem Solving:
Addressing and resolving client and departmental tax-related issues
Workflow Management:
Managing workflow and maintaining clear lines of communication with supervisors, team members, and other departments What you'll do:
Outstanding Customer Service:
Providing exceptional customer service and treating individuals with respect
Accuracy and Timeliness:
Ensuring the completion of accurate client tax returns on time
Problem-Solving:
Solving problems and bringing solutions to the table

The 2026 Seasonal Tax Preparer positions are available in both full-time, part-time, and flex-time formats with in-house, remote, and hybrid work environments offered.
