Seasonal Tax Preparer We are looking for determined, driven, and motivated individuals to join our team as Seasonal Tax Preparers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is goal-oriented, and wants to develop valuable skills in tax preparation, customer service, and sales. Tax preparation experience is preferred but NOT required. We will provide training for motivated candidates who are willing to learn. We are looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals who can manage their responsibilities, communicate with clients, and stay productive with limited supervision. Responsibilities Prepare individual income tax returns accurately and efficiently. Communicate with clients to gather necessary tax and financial information. Provide professional and friendly customer service. Explain tax preparation services and available options to clients. Help generate new business and build relationships with new and returning clients. Follow up with prospective and existing clients. Maintain confidentiality of all client and financial information. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Work toward individual and company performance goals. Follow company policies and applicable tax preparation procedures. Qualifications Determined, driven, and motivated to succeed. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable speaking with customers and promoting services. Dependable, professional, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently. Willingness to learn and accept coaching. Strong attention to detail. Basic computer skills. Sales experience preferred. Previous work experience preferred. Tax preparation experience preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for individuals without tax preparation experience. Compensation & Earning Potential Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills. Candidates with previous tax preparation, sales, customer service, or related experience may qualify for higher starting compensation. Performance-based incentives and/or bonuses may also be available , giving motivated team members the opportunity to increase their earnings based on performance and results.
