TRAINING -LEARN AND GROW

Prepare and review individual and small business tax returns accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with current tax laws and regulations Gather financial data from clients through interviews, documentation review, and data entry using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage Analyze financial documents to identify deductions, credits, and potential savings opportunities for clients Provide excellent customer service by explaining tax concepts clearly and addressing client questions or concerns Assist clients with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliation using various accounting software tools Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize client benefits Support marketing efforts by promoting additional financial services offered by the firm to existing clients Experience Proven experience in tax preparation, public accounting, or related financial roles with a strong understanding of tax concepts and regulations Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms Demonstrated knowledge of financial analysis, bookkeeping, and technical accounting principles Strong math skills with the ability to perform detailed calculations accurately (including 10 key typing proficiency) Excellent communication skills to effectively explain complex financial information to clients of diverse backgrounds Experience in sales or marketing of financial services is a plus but not required Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment This role offers an exciting chance to grow your career within a supportive team dedicated to excellence in financial services.
