This 13 person Wellesley CPA firm focuses entirely on tax and bookkeeping and is hiring because of growth. You'll join a collaborative, family oriented team where the partners trust you to get the job done without micromanaging you, but give you the tools and support you need to succeed. There is no rigid office policy. Ideally you'll come in a few days a week, but there is flexibility. You'll prepare tax returns and handle bookkeeping work for high net worth individuals, closely held businesses, real estate clients, trusts and family office style clients. You'll need previous tax prep and bookkeeping experience, ideally within public accounting. Experience with QuickBooks, general ledgers, K1s and prior year workpapers would be useful.
Software:
ProSystem fx XCM QuickBooks Busy season: 55 to 60 hours. The rest of the year is much more manageable, plus 1pm Fridays from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
