Position Summary The Account Manager, Ticket Sales, Service & Activation is responsible for driving Boston Fleet ticket sales, executing gameday experience activations, and delivering championship-level service to Season Ticket Members and customers. This role is a key contributor to the growth and success of the Boston Fleet and the broader league mission. The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. This posting is for an existing vacancy. Key Duties & Responsibilities Generate revenue through full season, half season, and group ticket packages. Prospect, identify customer needs, and drive ticket sales through a combination of outbound and inbound activity. Welcome and provide exceptional service to groups on game days while developing lasting relationships with group leaders. Lead group sales activations before, during, and/or after games, including ice rentals and game day experiences for large groups. Build and maintain strong relationships with key community members and organizations, including attending local relevant events and activities to represent the organization. Ensure timely, clear, and concise communications with Season Ticket Members, group leaders, and prospects. Efficiently lead targeted service campaigns including proactive touchpoint programs. Plan and execute member benefits including events, exclusive item deliveries, and member recognition opportunities. Respond promptly to member inquiries and provide support with all ticket-related needs. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or sports/entertainment. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive relationships and deliver high-quality service. Strong interest in ticket sales, fan engagement, and working in professional sports. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and home games as required. Available to work all home games in market, including evenings and weekends. This position is based in the United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The PWHL does not provide visa sponsorship for this role. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in ticket sales, membership services, or fan engagement in a professional or collegiate sports setting. Familiarity with CRM platforms and ticketing systems.
