Commission-Based About Us We are an established and growing tax preparation company serving individuals and businesses throughout the El Paso area. We are committed to accurate tax preparation, excellent customer service, and building long-term relationships with our clients. We are currently seeking experienced Tax Professionals to join our team for the upcoming tax season. This position is ideal for motivated tax preparers who already have experience preparing returns, working directly with clients, and managing a busy workload during tax season. This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential based on production and performance. Responsibilities Prepare and electronically file individual tax returns accurately and efficiently. Review W-2s, 1099s, 1098s, and other tax documents. Conduct client interviews and identify applicable credits and deductions. Follow IRS due diligence requirements and maintain accurate documentation. Explain tax returns, refunds, balances due, and filing options to clients. Maintain strict confidentiality of client information. Provide professional customer service and develop long-term client relationships. Stay current on relevant federal and state tax law changes. Qualifications Previous professional tax preparation experience required. Strong understanding of individual income tax returns. Experience using professional tax preparation software preferred. Knowledge of IRS due diligence requirements. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently during a fast-paced tax season. PTIN required or ability to obtain/renew before tax season. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Compensation Commission-based compensation. Strong earning potential for experienced and productive tax professionals. Seasonal position with the opportunity to return each tax season.
