We're seeking a skilled Tax Preparer to support our seasonal workload. Responsibilities Prepare and review 1040 individual tax returns Communicate professionally with clients to gather documents and answer tax questions Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow during peak season Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations Admin and phone support as needed Research tax questions and recognize issues requiring additional review Protect confidential client and financial information Qualifications Minimum 3 years of tax preparation experience Strong understanding of individual tax return requirements Clear communication skills and a friendly, customer-first approach Ability to work evenings and weekends throughout tax season Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail Preferred but not required: Experience preparing 1065 and/or 1120 returns

Pay:

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 32.0 per week
