Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions accurately, and promoting bank products and services.

Duties:

• Process member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing
• Assist customers with account inquiries and problem resolution
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services to meet member needs
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures
• Balance cash drawers and maintain an accurate cash count
• Identify and report suspicious activity for fraud prevention detection

Requirements:

• Previous experience in credit union/bank teller, cash handling or customer service preferred
• Strong mathematical skills for accurate transaction processing
• Knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
