Full-time Job Duties and Responsibilities:

All tellers assist customers with daily activities, including, but not limited to: Processing Checks & Deposits Loan Payments Coin Machine Deposits Collector Coins Cashier's Checks & Money Orders Bond Redemptions Perform customer requests including, but not limited to: Preparing customer account identification cards Address/Contact Information Changes Process Mail-in Transactions Making Copies Ordering Checks/Temporary Checks Ordering/Canceling Debits Cards Night Deposit Agreements Be knowledgeable in Bank Secrecy Act regulations and responsible for accurately recognizing and reporting all cash transactions. Perform accurate and consistent balancing procedures as required; including for the individually assigned teller drawer, the coin machine, the vault, or the ATM machine - as assigned by supervisor.

Cross-Training and Back-up Responsibilities:

As a branch office employee, tellers will continuously be cross-trained to open new accounts and service various other customer requests as assigned or needed. Tellers will also learn and assist with branch office operations such as security duties, document imaging, or any other duties as necessary for effective and efficient branch operations as assigned by a supervisor.
