Bank Teller / Client Services RepresentativeSummaryOur client is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Bank Teller / Client Services Representative to provide exceptional service to clients and support day-to-day branch operations. This role will serve as a front-line resource for clients, assisting with transactions, account questions, banking products, and general service needs.
The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and comfortable handling financial transactions while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to helping clients are essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide welcoming, professional service to clients in person and by phone.
Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and other account requests.
Answer client questions regarding accounts, products, services, fees, and general banking needs.
Assist clients with account maintenance, new account documentation, and other service requests.
Identify client needs and connect them with appropriate banking products, services, or Relationship Managers.
Handle cash and financial transactions accurately while following established procedures.
Balance and reconcile transactions and maintain accurate records.
Research and resolve routine client issues, escalating more complex concerns when appropriate.
Follow up on outstanding client requests to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain confidentiality of client and account information.
Support branch and administrative operations as needed.
Follow all applicable banking policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
