Job Summary We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Bank Teller / Personal Banker for a direct hire opportunity in Santa Barbara, CA. This role is ideal for a banking professional with 3 to 5 years of teller, personal banking, retail banking, or consumer banking experience who enjoys building customer relationships and helping clients choose the right financial solutions. The Bank Teller / Personal Banker will support new and existing customers, open and maintain accounts, promote banking products and services, and resolve customer questions with professionalism and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities
  • Open new personal banking accounts accurately and maintain existing customer accounts.
  • Promote and cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that meets or exceeds banking standards.
  • Resolve customer questions, account concerns, and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform outbound calling to generate sales opportunities, increase product usage, and support customer retention.
  • Maintain accuracy, professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with banking procedures in all customer interactions. Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation:
    $23 to $27 per hour.

    Direct hire.
