Position Summary:

Provide service to Bank customers by conducting transactions, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. In addition, through customer interactions, identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services with referrals to the Branch Platform.

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of customer service/ cash handling experience Windows proficiency

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities to cross sell Bank products/services Provide high quality service to every customer Resolve customer inquiries i.e. interest rates, service charges, etc. Protect customer privacy and maintain confidentiality Process transactions daily i.e. deposits/withdrawals Determine proper funds availability Count and bag loose coins Redeem/issue U.S. Savings Bonds and cashier's checks Service safe deposit box customer Buy/sell currency from the vault as necessary Balance teller drawer daily and perform end of day balancing Complete logs (CTR), (SARF), and (MIL) Balance ATM and load cash for ATM Regular and predictable attendance
