Duties Supervise daily cash vault activities, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of cash and valuables Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in processing deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers reconcile cash transactions using banking software and industry-standard financial software Ensure compliance with banking regulatory requirements and financial industry standards for cash management and security Lead a team of vault staff, providing training on fraud prevention, industry regulations, and operational protocols Conduct regular audits of vault operations Maintain detailed records of all cash movements, shift reports, incident logs, and compliance documentation Qualifications Proven experience in banking operations, cash handling, or vault management with a strong understanding of financial services industry standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and banking software for processing transactions and reconciling accounts Strong analytical skills with basic math proficiency including retail math, debits & credits, and 10-key typing skills Excellent customer relationship management skills to support internal teams and external partners Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in relationship management and team supervision Join us as a Cash Vault Supervisor to ensure secure, accurate, and compliant cash operations that support our commitment to excellence in financial services.
