Garden Island Federal Credit Union is seeking a dependable and member-focused Full-Time Teller to provide excellent service while accurately processing financial transactions and supporting daily branch operations. Key Responsibilities Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and mailed checks Maintain and balance a cash drawer accurately Verify account information and follow cash-handling and security procedures Answer member questions and explain account services and disclosures Protect member confidentiality and comply with BSA, AML, and other regulatory requirements Identify and report unusual or suspicious activity Assist with branch opening, closing, balancing, and other operational duties Educate members about available credit union products and services Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior cash-handling, banking, credit union, retail, or customer service experience preferred Strong basic math, communication, computer, and data-entry skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to member service Ability to maintain confidentiality and work accurately in a fast-paced environment
